FUNDRAISER END DATE
*Fundraiser End Date should be one week prior to selected delivery date. For example, if December 14th is your delivery/pick up date, you should complete your fundraising efforts by December 7th.
DELIVERY/PICK UP DATE
Please choose a delivery/pick up date between November 26th – December 14th. No earlier dates are available.
Deliveries will be scheduled Tuesday through Saturday. Shelmerdine cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
By signing up to lead a Shelmerdine Garden Center (SGC) Fundraiser, the Fundraiser Contact understands that they are responsible for all customer inquiries, and that the information provided is accurate. All changes must be communicated to SGC in a timely manner.
At the conclusion of the Fundraiser, SGC will arrange for delivery of all fundraiser products the group has ordered to the specified delivery location. If pick up in store was selected, the Fundraiser Contact must pick up all fundraiser products and distribute them at their discretion.
