TIMELINE FOR FUNDRAISING SUCCESS
NOW – FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER
Review all information. Contact us with any questions. Create a schedule for your organization (ie. create package, set goals, assign tasks such as receiving orders).
MONTH OF OCTOBER
Kick off meeting to get participants excited! Introduce them to the potential earnings. Consider setting up reqards for top fundraising earners.
MONTH OF NOVEMBER
Time to sell! People are getting in the festive holiday spirit. This is when you should be having fun reaching your goals. Email your online fundraising link to as many people as you can.
END OF NOVEMBER
Order deadline. Please schedule delivery/pickup time and date with us at this time. Delivery is available November 25th – December 13th, Tuesdays through Saturdays.
* Your Fundraiser End Date should be one week prior to selected delivery date. For example, if December 9th is your delivery/pick up date, you should complete your fundraising efforts by December 2nd.
MID-END OF DECEMBER
Receive a cheque from Shelmerdine for the proceeds of your fundraising efforts!

TIPS + TRICKS FOR SUCCESS
- Appoint a main contact for answering questions/inquiries.
- Choose a date for pick up/delivery of fundraiser products.
- Print and hand out Fundraiser Promotional Sheets.
- Plan for plenty of time to sell.
- When it’s time to start your fundraiser, direct your customers to our website for easy ordering.
- Assemble a team for your scheduled pick up/delivery date to help distribute the fundraiser products.
